A local guide to what's on at your Costco.
BrandSpot helps shoppers find roadshows, demos and in-store events near them, and helps the brands running those events reach local shoppers without a big agency budget.
Why we built it
Costco roadshows come and go every week: a mattress brand for ten days, a cookware demo for a weekend, a hot tub display through the holidays. If you want to see a product in person, the hard part is knowing who's at which warehouse, and when. BrandSpot puts that in one place, searchable by ZIP code, with a weekly alert so you don't have to keep checking.
For brands, a roadshow is a big investment in one location for a short window. BrandSpot gives every show a free listing, and offers simple, fixed-price promotion for brands that want more local shoppers at the table.
How listings work
Every listing tells you where it came from, in words:
- From Costco's schedule, updated [date]. Home and hard-goods roadshows taken from Costco's published regional Special Events schedules. We record the facts only (brand, product type, warehouse, city and dates) and link to the brand's own website. We refresh these each time Costco posts a new schedule and check them weekly.
- Confirmed. Events a brand has confirmed with us in writing, and re-confirmed within 72 hours of the show. We only use this label when both steps are done.
When one brand returns to the same warehouse more than once, we group those dates into one listing so a single brand doesn't crowd the map. Paid featured placement is the only thing that changes the order of results, and featured listings are marked.
Events can still change at short notice. If you're making a special trip, check with the warehouse or the brand first. Spot something wrong? Tell us and we'll fix or remove it.
Independent
BrandSpot is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Costco Wholesale. We don't use Costco's logos, store photos or materials, and we don't run Costco's in-store sampling program. We name Costco only to tell you where an event is happening.

BrandSpot is built by a small team in Georgia and New Jersey with hands-on experience running club-store roadshows and local advertising for consumer brands. We're starting with the Atlanta and North Jersey / New York areas and adding food and beverage demos every week.
